PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for providing a messenger service for providing a user customization type template and a recording medium.SOLUTION: A messenger service method for achieving communication between two or more terminal equipment includes: a stage for allowing at least one other terminal equipment to participate in a chat room; a stage for providing one or more of a plurality of templates already stored in the terminal equipment; a stage for receiving an input from a user such that any one of the provided templates is selected; a stage where a text is input from the user; a stage for connecting the selected template with the text for display; and a stage for transmitting the connected template and text to the other terminal equipment participating in the chat room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
