PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-containing gel composition which exhibits a good feeling in use and also has excellent gel stability.SOLUTION: A water-containing gel composition comprises following components (A)-(D): (A) water of 50 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less, (B) an anionic water-soluble polymer compound comprising carboxymethyl cellulose or its salt of 80 mass% or more, (C) a crosslinking agent that forms ion cross-linkage with an anionic functional group, and (D) a nonionic water-soluble polymer compound represented by the general formula (1) of 2.5 mass% or more and 8 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
