PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which presents, to a service user, text information with an improved visual effect so that the impression of the text information on the service user may remain.SOLUTION: A moving image generation server of an embodiment comprises: an acquisition unit which acquires the material data of text data or/and a static image; and a controller which acquires a script code editable by a user and generates moving image data with the material data embedded in each frame of the moving image data so that the material data may move within the moving image data defined in advance in accordance with the script code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
