PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of installing an application only by arbitrarily arranging the application like a normal application even in the case that the application is a host bundle and a fragment bundle, a method for controlling the information processing device and a program.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: detection means for detecting the connection of a portable medium storing a plurality of applications including a first type application and a second type application added to expand the function of the application; installation means for first installing the first type application between the plurality of applications stored in the portable medium in accordance with detection by the detection means, and then, installing the second type application; and control means for starting the first type application after making the second type application effective after the installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
