PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator in which a voltage drop is suppressed by increasing paths of electric current flowing through a common electrode and, thereby, fluctuations of the voltage applied to a piezoelectric element among a plurality of piezoelectric element arrays are suppressed.SOLUTION: A driving wiring 35 corresponding to a piezoelectric element 39 constituting piezoelectric element arrays 40b to 40d located on the side opposite to a contact part 43, of four piezoelectric element arrays 40 is extended to the contact part 43 passing between adjacent two piezoelectric elements 39, of a piezoelectric element array 40a located on the contact part 43 side. Between adjacent two piezoelectric elements 39, of the piezoelectric element arrays 40b to 40d, a conductive wiring 52 which is conducted with a common electrode 42 for the plurality of piezoelectric elements 39 on two positions is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
