The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells and the slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: washing adductor muscles of pen shells and cutting the same into slices (step 1); preparing a seasoning (step 2); putting the sliced adductor muscles of pen shells in the seasoning and steaming the same (step 3); and drying the steamed adductor muscles of pen shells with infrared rays (step 4). The slices of dried and seasoned adductor muscles of pen shells does not become hard even in the case of long term storage, thereby being able to be used as a snack or an accompaniment to a drink.
