The present invention relates to a preparation method for pills using cuttlefish, and more specifically, a preparation method for pills, wherein cuttlefish, Omija, apples and oak mushrooms, which contain ingredients known for preventing dementia, are prepared in an easily ingestible pill form. According to the present invention, the preparation method comprises the following: a pre-treatment step, for cleaning and pre-treating a cuttlefish; a steaming step, for steaming the pre-treated cuttlefish; a drying step, for drying the steamed cuttlefish; a grinding step, for grinding the dried cuttlefish to produce a cuttlefish powder; a mixing step, for adding a functional additive to the cuttlefish powder to produce a cuttlefish mixture; a shade-drying step, for storing the cuttlefish mixture in the shade; a molding step, for molding the shade-dried cuttlefish mixture into pills; and a packaging step, for packaging the molded pills. |
