PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral imaging system that offers high speed of measurements while inspecting objects under test, such as farm and marine products and processed foods, for foreign substances mixed therein.SOLUTION: A spectral imaging system 10 includes optical modules 20, each having a plurality of optical interference filters (22a, 22b, ...) designed to pass light of different wavelengths, and an image sensor 23 configured to form spectral images (28a, 28b, ...) of an object under test from the light of different wavelengths passing through the optical interference filters (22a, 22b, ...). The spectral imaging system 10 also includes data transfer means configured to synchronously acquire data sets of spectral images of different wavelengths formed on the image sensor 23 of each optical module 20, and to simultaneously transfer the spectral image data sets of different wavelengths to a data analysis device 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
