PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag that is superior in suitability of filling contents and is compatible with various configurations.SOLUTION: In at least a surface film among the surface film and back film of a bag, an opening part penetrating through the surface film is at least partially formed in an inside position more than a seal part for defining a receiving part. Also, the bag includes a closing member attached to an inner surface of the surface film so as to be at least partially overlapped with the opening part. The closing member comprises a first surface opposed to the surface film and a second surface positioned at the opposite side of the first surface. A first layer constituting the first surface of the closing member is constituted by a material capable of being at least partially heat-welded in the inner surface of the surface film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
