PURPOSE:To enhance heat resistivity, insulating properties, and wear resistance by using a mixed coating, as an insulating coating, having predetermined characteristics, the main component of which are a polysiloxane resin and resins selected from the group consisting of polybolosiloxane resin or the like. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistive fiber is laterally wound around a conductor directly or via other insulating layers, and subsequently an insulating coat formed thereon by impregnating and firing an insulating coating so as to produce an insulated wire. In this insulated wire, the insulating is a mixed, the main components of which are a polysiloxane resin and resins selected from the group consisting of a polybolosiloxane resin, a polycarbosilane resin, a polysilastyrene resin, a polytitanocarbosilane resin, and a polysilazane resin. The insulating coating is obtained by mixing respective components in an adequate proportion so that the non-volatile component after being heated at 200 deg.C for one hour ranges from 50 to 70 weight % while the difference between the non-volatile component after being heated at 400 deg.C for one hour is not greater than 10weight%. |
