The invention relates to a work car (1) for maintenance of an electrical overhead line (2), consisting of a wagon frame (4), which is supported on rail bogies (3), and a wagon body (5) disposed thereon. A first grounding device (8) is arranged at a first end of the wagon (7) in the longitudinal direction (6) of the wagon, and a crane (10) having a height and laterally adjustable working platform (11) is arranged at the opposite second end of the wagon (9).
