The present invention relates to an air conditioner using cooling energy and, more specifically, to an air conditioner using cooling energy, which cools a liquid refrigerant filled in an inner chamber of a device in a night time when there is a surplus of electricity and enables gas passing through the inner chamber through a pipe to be discharged as cool air. According to the present invention, the air conditioner includes: a box type housing; the pipe vertically installed in the housing and controlling injection and flow of the gas and discharge flow of the gas cooled while flowing; a cooler installed in the housing and cooling an inner space of the housing in order for the gas flowing along the path of the pipe to be cooled; and a cooling control unit installed in the pipe and changing the temperature of the gas cooled by the pipe by drawing outer air and controlling an inflow amount of the outer air. |
