PURPOSE:To provide an excellent piezoelectric porcelain compsn. for a high displacement piezoelectric actuator, a buzzer, etc., having a high piezoelectric d constant and high electric field induced strain. CONSTITUTION:This piezoelectric porcelain compsn. has a compsn. represented by a general formula Pb1-xLax(Li1/4Nb3/4)A(Zn1/3Nb2/3)BTi-CZrDO3 (where A+B+C+D=1, x=0.05-0.07, A=0.01-0.10, B=0.01-0.07, C=0.37-0.39 and D=0.53-0.55) and contains 0.02-1 pt.wt. Al2O3 as a secondary component. |
