The present invention relates to a salt manufacturing apparatus and, more particularly, to a salt manufacturing apparatus using sea water that is capable of manufacturing salt by evaporating sea water with natural power. The salt manufacturing apparatus using sea water according to the present invention includes: a sea water tank in which a sea water storage space is provided, the sea water tank having a roof in an upper portion so that the sea water is not exposed to an external environment; an evaporation portion having a predetermined area and supplied with the sea water from the sea water tank, the sea water stagnating in the evaporation portion through concentration based on evaporation; a circulation pumping unit pumping the sea water in the evaporation portion and circulating the sea water in the evaporation portion through a process in which the sea water is injected into the evaporation portion from a predetermined height above the evaporation portion; and a crystallization unit where salt crystals are formed through evaporation with the concentrated sea water stagnating after being supplied from the evaporation portion. |
