Disclosed is a centrifugal buoyancy-type apparatus for cleaning and selecting clam meat. According to the present invention, the apparatus separates clam meat from shells of various clams which are specified as shellfish such as Manila clams, short-necked clams, pen shells, ark-shells, razor shells, bivalves, ear shells, trumpet shells, large clams, oysters, surf clams, scallops, and bloody clams. Then, cleaning and selection processes are conducted after separating pond scum and clam by-product residues while simultaneously cleaning the clam meat. |
