Provided is a touch type operating panel for machine tools, comprising: a rear bezel accommodated and mounted in a panel mounting unit of a machine tool while forming an edge of a body part, having an inner part formed in an opened square frame, and having a mounted sill protruding inward along an inner circumferential surface; a display panel fixed by adhesion, as an adhesion member, on a front surface of the mounted sill formed on the rear bezel, having a touch operation area, and formed with a plurality of symbols for operating functions on a rear surface of the touch operation area; and a printing circuit substrate located on a rear side of the rear bezel, and formed with a plurality of touch sensor switches in order to provide a control signal by sensing a contact when a part of a human body is in contact with a part on which each of the symbols is formed, from the front surface of the display panel. Accordingly, the thickness of the touch type operating panel is minimized to minimize protrusion to the outside from the operating panel and to prevent the printing circuit substrate from being damaged when the touch type operating panel is attached to an operating panel, whereby a bolt for coupling each part is not exposed to the outside. |
