PURPOSE:To provide an electric double-layer capacitor in which a crack or a lack is hard to be caused, in which reliability is excellent, and which can readily be manufactured. CONSTITUTION:Polarizing electrodes 53, 54 comprise solid carbonaceous bodies and are partially adhered to collectors 57, 58 on the surface thereof by insulating adhesives 59, 60, and also a part in which the polalizing electrodes 53, 54 are not adhered by the insulating adhesives 59, 60 comes into contact with the collectors 57, 58. |
