An arrangement for hydrostatically regulating the rotation of mechanisms is formed by a planetary gear (1, 3, 4) having compression chambers through which extend the discharge channels (6). These discharge channels (6) open into the collecting channel (14) where the flowing liquid is throttled by the needle closure elements (13) controlled by the centrifugal governor (8). The device may be used as a clutch, brake or transmission. |
