PURPOSE:To enable obtaining of a higher density of the critical current and production of large-sized products capable of remarkably improving floating force per unit and remarkably improve the floating force per unit area. CONSTITUTION:A melt is mechanically stirred in a step 1 to homogeneously disperse Y2O3 so as to prevent the Y2O3 mixed in the melt from causing aggregating phenomena, etc., and inhomogeneously collecting in the step 1. Thereby, a nonsuperconducting phase to be pinning points can homogeneously be scattered in crystals of the superconducting phase. As a result, the pinning force (floating force) can remarkably be increased. |
