METHOD FOR SETTING THE TEMPERATURE IN THE CONTINUIOUS HEATING FURNACE

The determination method of furnace temperature for heating the steel product in the continuous control of heating furnace is composed of the following steps: (a) detemination of the initial value for temperature according to kinds of steel and support, (b) calculation of steel product temperature by inputting holding time values to the basic model, (c) calculation of deviations between target and calculated values of temperature, (d) analysis and judgement on suitability of deviations, and (e) determination of a target temperature and a required furnace temperature.
