PURPOSE:To provide the business information processing system allowing anybody to execute the processing according to the purpose of the business information during the absence of the person in charge. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a knowledge acquisition mechanism 3 retrieving sales activity external information, a knowledge information database 6 storing the information obtained by this knowledge acquisition mechanism 3 as knowledge information, a sales management information database 7 storing the sales management information to process the knowledge information according to the purpose, an inference mechanism 4 performing the access according to the contract/inquiry information for the knowledge data base 6, performing the timing processing for the sales management information database 7, and providing the required sales management information, and a decision processing mechanism 15 obtaining the achievement information according to the decision direction contents of an operator based on the information provided by this inference mechanism 4. |
