PURPOSE:To make an antireflection film durable to washing solns. and antiseptic solns. so that the film can be applied to an optical glass lens used for medical appliances such as an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:ZrO2, Ta2O5, a ZrO2-Ta2O5 mixture or a ZrO2-TiO2 mixture is laminated as 1st, 3rd and 5th layers from the substrate side and MgF2 is laminated as 2nd and 4th layers to obtain a chemically stable film material having a high filling factor. |
