PURPOSE:To eliminate a variance in the manufacturing process by intermitting a constant-current conforming to a set voltage of a current setting means, sample-holding its output, integrating a difference voltage between its holding voltage and a prescribed reference voltage, and feeding it back. CONSTITUTION:In a sample holding circuit consisting of an analog switch 23, a capacitor 25 and a buffer 26, a charge voltage of a capacitor 24 is subjected to sampling and a voltage V'X1 is subjected to hold output. In an operation amplifier 30, a hold voltage VX1 is applied to an inversion input terminal through a resistor 28, and a prescribed reference voltage VC is applied to a non-inversion terminal, and a difference voltage between the voltage VX1 and the voltage VC is integrated. An output voltage VY of an integration circuit 27 is applied to a base of a transistor 32 of a current setting circuit 33a, therefore a current IB flows in a resistor 13. When this resistor l3 is constituted in the inside of an LSI, a variance in the manufacturing process can be absorbed. |
