<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch breaker used for a distribution board to monitor a current carrying state, whereby an address can be easily set and recombined, and duplication of the same address is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: This branch breaker 4 is equipped with an address member 45 having individual address information, and an address detecting part 46 to read the address information from the address member 45. The address member 45 is inserted in the address detecting part 46, and the address information is read to set the address. The address can be easily set and recombined.
