PURPOSE:To eliminate correcting error of a component mounting position by obtaining an inclination, a mid-point, a suction nozzle shaft center of a component from images of the component and a mark imaged by a camera, calculating rotation correcting amount and position correcting value of the component from the values, and correcting the mounting position of the component. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component 1 sucked to a component suction nozzle 4 is imaged by a camera 8. In this case, marks 6a1, 6a2 of a plate 5 are imaged. The picture imaged by the camera 8 is processed by a picture processor to detect the marks 6a1, 6a2, and a mid-point, an inclination of the component, an axial center of the nozzle are obtained. Rotation correcting amount and position correcting amount of the component are calculated from the values, the nozzle 4 is corrected in response to it, and the component 1 is corrected to a predetermined attitude. Thus, since it can be corrected to an accurate position, a method for accurately correcting the component mounting position is obtained. |
