Plastic one-piece wall plug

One-piece wall plug, its cylindrical rear end having a bore for introducing fixing screw and hivaing a sleeve subdivided into a number of portions expanding on screwning-in. When moulding the plug portions (16) projects from the plug diameter while remaining hinged by one end to the sleeve (11). The inside of the projection is provided with cross-profiles (15), so exposed as to become contoured by the inserted moulding tool. The projections (16) enter apertures (13) on inserting the plug into a bore or like of a wall. The radial corrugations or cross-profiles are now moulded over portions of the sleeve which are initially hinged thereto but fold into sleeve apertures on applying the plug into the wall.
