<p>Includes a number of spinnerettes each of which is in tangential contact with at least two others and which extrude streams of polymer from peripheral holes. A drive rotates the spinnerettes in opposite directions and controls are provided so that holes only extrude polymer at points where they are adjacent holes in other spinnerettes.
