PURPOSE:To stably and surely work the super abrasive grains for an electrodeposited grinding wheel with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The super abrasive grains 10 are arrayed between a smooth plate 11 having the hardness lower than the hardness of the super abrasive grains and a smooth plate 12 having the high hardness and are then pressed to wedge a part of the super abrasive grains 10 into the low-hardness smooth plate 11. After these grains are hardened and fixed by using a resin 13, the wedged in super abrasive grains 10 are partly cut by a laser or water jet and the super abrasive grains having the plane of a unified height are obtd. |
