PURPOSE:To provide a hot water supplying device with function to pour cold and hot water for bath which prevents high temperature water from being poured before the pour of cold water when cold water pour into the bathtub through a pipe from the side of a hot water supplying device is desired. CONSTITUTION:A hot water supplying device with function to pour cold and hot water for a bath has a heat exchanger 20 for supply hot water, cold water inlet pipe 10 to the heat exchanger, hot water delivery pipe 30 from the heat exchanger, hot water delivery flow rate regulator 32 provided in the hot water delivery pipe and general supply hot water pipe 40 that is connected to the hot water delivery pipe downstream of a small tank 33 for hot water delivery, and pipe 50 that is for pouring hot and cold water for a bath and branches from the general supply hot water pipe 40. A branch pipes 80 from the cold water inlet pipe are connected via a three-way change-over valve 81 to the upstream side and down stream side with a delivery hot water flow rate regulating device and a small tank for hot water delivery between both branch pipes. |
