PURPOSE:To increase utilization factor of plate material and increase life of a press punching die by improving a shape of plate when a plate is punched with a press from a base material. CONSTITUTION:A plate is punched from a base material with active material or no active material so that a tab 7 projecting from a plate main body 6 is left as a cutting off part 10 in adjacent plate which is also cut at the same time. When the shape of the tab 7 is punched so that the tip becomes narrow than the lower part, the cutting off part 10 becomes the same shape as the tab 7. Therefore, residual part of the base material is easily removed from a punching die by shearing side pressure of punching. |
