Upholstering process employs a two-part wrapper foil made of plastic material, one part being vacuum-shaped after heating and the second part being welded to the first after insertion of the cushion and the seat board into the first wrapper shape. Pref. welding is conducted by the placing of a heating cover onto the filled shape, the edge of which overlaps both foil parts.
