The invention concerns a bed comprising a frame structure 1 and a back-rest 3 which is articulated on the frame structure or otherwise to the bed and can be inclined by means of a manoeuvring device, and moreover a supporting surface 4 which is articulated on the frame structure 1 or bed and can be inclined.
