PURPOSE:To provide a cap for preventing the contamination of a laser treatment device probe capable of maintaining touch sensor function, and easily preventing the contamination and infection due to the contamination. CONSTITUTION:A cap touch sensor 12 comprising an conductive tape of aluminum is formed on the projection 11 of a contamination prevention cap 16 made by vacuum forming of polyvinyl chloride. A conductive section as part of the sensor 12 is bonded to the back of the projection 11 via a hole formed therein. As a result when the cap 16 is mounted to a hood and a probe 7 in the vicinity thereof, the touch sensor of the probe 7 comes in contact with the conductive section bonded to the back of the projection 11, thereby forming electrical continuity. When an operator presses the cap touch sensor 12 to an affected area, using the probe 7 mounted with the cap 16, the touch sensor 12 operates. Laser is thereby generated and transmitted through the annular polyvinyl chloride of the cap 16 inside the cap touch sensor 12, and irradiated to the affected area for treatment. |
