An information transmission device stores vehicle movement control information for controlling travel of a vehicle according to a traffic rule of each area. The stored vehicle movement control information is transmitted from the information transmission device to form a control area. When a vehicle moves to the control area and enters it, the vehicle receives the vehicle movement control information and allows an engine section and/or a mechanism section (including drive section) to be controlled based on the received vehicle movement control information. Thus, the vehicle entered the control area is controlled by the traffic rule set for each area. |
