This process is simplified by the use of granules or flakes of a bituminous material, opt. contg. a reinforcing material or other additives, so that costs are reduced and less expensive equipment is used, compared with the conventional methods; surfacing of roads, floorings, roofings, etc., can be carried out by this method.
