The electrolysed liq. is treated before dechlorination at raised temp. and/or reduced temp. with a polar org. cpd. contg. a hydrophilic gp. and a hydrophobic residue at 0.01-100 g/m3. Claimed polar cpds are Na sulphonates of 10-14C resisudes, oleic and stearic acids, o-Bz-ozidiphenylpolyglycol ether, oleyl alcoholpolyglycol ether, diEt-aminooleate, and/or cation active substances based on fatty acid amides.
