<p>Rotating drum has groups of pockets offset by 90 degrees round its circumference which are closed by half rings through a path of 180 degrees and otherwise exposed for filling with a wafer complement from filling shafts arranged at right angles above the drum. These have slides to cut off particular pockets, and each pocket once filled passes on round on the drum to the placement pans riding through below which are recessed to accept the single wafers for coating etc. with chocolate. The pockets are synchronised through chain and sprocket with the movement of the pans.</p> |
