PURPOSE:To improve the fog of a texture, and to enhance thermal response by adding a specific phenol compound in a thermal recording material composed of an aromatic isocyanate compound, an imino compound color-developing by a reaction at the time of heating and a fluoran group dye. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal recording material consisting of an aromatic isocyanate compound, an imino compound having a group color-developing by a reaction at the time of heating and a fluoran group dye, a phenol compound shown in formula I is contained. In formula I, X represents an alkyloxycarbonyl methylene group, a sulfone group, or a sue-fide group, and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent hydrogen, a halogen, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl, group, an aryl group or an alkoxy group. |
