The invention relates to a method for control of a motor propulsion unit on a vehicle, with a drive mode of the motor propulsion unit specific for the vehicle. In drive mode said method comprises: calculation of the torque of the thermal engine (Tice#) in a first step, whilst simultaneously controlling the torque supplied to the wheels and the operation of the thermal engine, to give a mechanical control signal (u0), representing the calculated mechanical characteristics, then calculation of the torque (Te1#; Te2#) of the first and second electric motors, based on said mechanical control signal with production of an energy control signal controlling the energy level using simply a measure of the level of charge of the electrical energy buffer element (Ucapa) and operational measurements (omegae1, omegae2) and (Te1, Te2) of the torque provided by the electric motors (Me1 11, Me2 12). |
