<p>The container is sterile filled and then stored, transported and connected to a (dis)continuous ice cream plant input pipe. To reduce costs, the container is relatively thin-walled and fragile but is contained in a tubular protective jacket for handling etc. The jacket has a top flange with edge slots and fixed by eye bolts and wing nuts. It has two clearance holes fitting over esp. symmetrically placed blisters on the lid of the inner vessel, one with pressurising valve, the other with emptying valve.</p> |
