Metal complex dyes -1,2-chromium and 1,2-cobalt complexes - of sulphonated azomethine dyes, for nitrogenous fibres

Metal complex dyes are the 1:2-Cr and 1:2-Co complexes of azomethine dyes of formula: in which X is OH or COOH and A and B are the remaining components of an aromatic-carbocyclic or-heterocyclic ring system. The dyeing of nitrogenous fibres with I is claimed. Greenish-yellow to orange shades are obtd. on wool, silk, leather, polyamides and polyurethanes. Uniform dyeings, fast to light, are obtd.
