PURPOSE:To generate and output a synchronizing signal by an interface equip ment in the case a synchronizing signal is not included in a video signal. CONSTITUTION:The interface equipment 101 digitizing the inputted video signal and outputting it is provided with a detection means detecting an initializing command, a generation means 106 starting the generation of a synchronizing signal in accordance with the detection of the initializing instruction by the detection means, a permission means permitting the input of the video signal by receiving the start of the generation of a synchronizing signal, a destination means destinating whether or not the inputted video signal includes a synchronizing signal, and a control means 105 controlling so as to output the generated synchronizing signal when the synchronizing signal is judged not to be included in the video signal. |
