The high capacity distributor of the type employed in telephone exchanges is composed of a number of inverted "U" shaped frame members adjacent one another to form a covered passage. Each of the inverted "U" shaped members carries on its internal distribution elements. In this way a high density of diversion and efficient of distribution is obtained. The structure provides easy access to the distribution cables for repair.
