摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease a dispersion of capacity and make the promotion of improvement of highly efficient discharge performance, by processing a heat treatment of the sintered nickel substrate to construct an oxidized film on its surface, threrafter, to impregnate an impregnating liquid that includes a phosphoric acid and phosphate compound. CONSTITUTION:The sintered nickel substrate is processed a heat treatment in the atmosphere of mixed has that includes air or oxygen, and on surfaces of this substrate is constructed an oxidized film. Hereafter, a vacuum impregnation is processed by an impregnating liquid that consists of phosphoric acid and phosphate compound, for instance, cadmium salt solution including disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, for instance, cadmium nitrate water solution, and a process of treating and drying is repeated, to construct the cathode plate. It is preferable for the above described heat treatment temperature to be made 350-800 deg.C and the oxidized film amount to be selected to 0.01-30wt% with respect to the nickel amount of the base plate.
