PURPOSE:To provide an image-receiving sheet which causes almost no dermal irritation and is used in an image transfer process by which to retransfer to a transfer medium an image formed using a photosensitive recording medium which carries a microcapsule with a changing hardness if exposed to light. CONSTITUTION:The subject image-receiving sheet 1 is made by forming a phototransmissive layer 3 of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer on a support 2 and further, forming a thermally plastic fine particle 4 layer of styrene/acryl- copolymer on the layer 3. First, an image is visualized on the image-receiving sheet 1, then a transfer medium is stuck on the surface of the thermally plastic fine particle 4 layer of the image-receiving sheet 1, and these are thermally pressed. After that, the support 2 is peeled off so that an image on the image- receiving sheet 1 can be retransferred to the surface of the transfer medium together with the phototransmissive layer. |
