<p>PURPOSE:To make printed characters sharp and increase the speeds of the editing and proofreading of Japanese character by converting every one character of the character data displayed on a monitor device to the coordinate signal of the corresponding type of the input board of an electric typewriter and responding the typewriter to these coordinates. CONSTITUTION:A Japanese character printing system 1 is constituted of a system loading floppy disc device 3, an external memory device 4, a ''KANJI'' (Chinese character) inputting-display monitor device 5 and an electric Japanese typewriter 6 which are connected to a CPU2. The control program of the device 3 is loaded to the device 4 via the CPU2, and this program is executed by the CPU2. Character informaton is inputted to the CPU2 by depressing the character input keys of the monitor device 5. In response to the depression of the inputted characters, the CPU2 refers to the conversion table, generates the coordinate signal corresponding to the input and drives the typewriter 6 in response to the coordinate signal thereof.</p> |
