PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of laser beam from a low to high output by providing a plurality of incidence ports to a laser beam detector. CONSTITUTION:A right-angled incidence port 2, a horizontal incidence port 3 and an emission port 4 are set to a laser beam detector 1 and a beam splitter 5 is placed at the intersection between the incidence ports 2 and 3 and the emission port 4 in front of the detector 1. This allows the incidence port 2 to measure the laser power from several mW to several hundreds mW and the incidence port 3 and the emission port 4 to do so from several hundreds mW to several tens mW |
