VERTICAL MAGNETIZATION TYPE MAGNETIC HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To hold a magnetic pole with good wear resistance and to elliminate the deterioration of magnetic characteristics of the magnetic pole, by using a member having excellent wear resistant characteristics for one of nonmagnetic substance holder and enclosing the magnetic pole through the softening and deforming of the nonmagnetic substance holder. CONSTITUTION:A main magnetic pole 11 made of a high permeability magnetic substance thin film such as ''Permalloy '' is formed on one surface of the 1st nonmagnetic substance holder 12 made of Zn ferrite having a large Vickers hardness with vacuum deposition. The 2nd nonmagnetic substance holder 13 is formed with a solder glass having almost the same Vickers hardness as that of the 1st nonmagnetic holder 12. The 2nd nonmagnetic substance holder 13 is bonded to the 1st nonmagnetic substance holder 12 by cliping the magnetic pole 11 and the magnetic pole 11 is enclosed through the softening deformation with heating at the same time to bond the nonmagnetic substance holders 12 and 13. The 1st nonmagnetic substance holder 12 also has a function to hold the end surface edge of the magnetic pole 11 with good linearity.
