PURPOSE:To prevent unstable electrical connection caused by screw looseness, contraction of insulator, etc. and improve wiring operability. CONSTITUTION:A terminal plate 27 is provided on the edges 25 and 26 of a flexible board 20 in response to the arrangement of the screw terminal of an external instrument 7 and the through hole 29 on a terminal plate 27 is penetrated and supported by a screw 9. Or on the terminal plate 41 of a flexible board 40, at a part pressed by the screw 9 between a line presser 31 and a terminal 32, through hole plating 43 which electrically connects thin film metal 22 on both planes is provided or solder is filled in a through hole 42. Or one of the thin film metal 22 is not fixed on base material 21 to be peeled. Thus, a device which allows excellent wiring operability and that maintains a safe and stable electrical connection is manufactured. |
