PURPOSE:To make it possible both to prolong the life of an edge of a scraper and to peel off positively a kneaded material, by arranging scrapers along the length of a kneading roll, and arranging cutters tangentially to the kneading roll. CONSTITUTION:When hydraulic cylinders 17a, 17b provided to a support frame 16 of fixed frames 13a, 13b and a hydraulic cylinder 23 provided to a slidable frame 15 are stretched to kneaded material W around a kneading roll 1, cutters 20a, 20b and scrapers 18a, 18b, 18c mounted to the slidable frame 15 are moved to the kneading roll 1, and the cutters 20a, 20b make grooves in the kneaded material W around the circumferential of the kneading roll 1. Then three scrapers 18a, 18b, 18c are pressed to the kneaded material W formed with the grooves to peel off completely the kneaded material W adhered to the circumferential of the kneading roll 1. |
